Clay is an experienced real estate broker with a history of success in residential real estate and appraisal. His love for real estate and helping clients started after his successful college career at Hampden Sydney College that prepared him for this career by exposing him to different aspects of learning and application of these skills to communications with clients.

After graduating from college in 2014, he began his real estate career by assisting with residential and farm appraisals while obtaining a trainee license. During this time, he also obtained a real estate broker license and decided to move from his hometown to gain more experience in the residential field in Wilmington. After a successful career with a large real estate company where he established himself as one of the premier young agents, the decision was made to come back to the family business in 2018. Since that time, he has been assisting in all aspects of the family real estate, farming, and golf business and has established himself as a trusted real estate professional in the area.
